Ingredients (4 people)
1 cuttlefish of one and a half kg
4 pieces of garlic
4 tablespoons of concentrated tomato sauce
50 grams of toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
5 Cl of extra virgin olive oil
Put a casserole on a low heat with the
oil and the finely chopped onions, leave to cook until they begin
to brown. At this moment add the sliced garlic and the squid or
the cleaned cut cuttlefish, leave to cook for fifteen minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, the salt and the pine nuts. Cook until getting
the desired texture. One minute before taking off from the heat,
sprinkle with the chopped parsley and stir together the mixture.
