Cuttlefish with garlic sauce

Ingredients (4 people)

800gm of cleaned squid
4 pieces of garlic
1 cup of bread crumbs
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Parsley
White pepper

To make the sauce, peel the pieces of garlic and put in the bowl of the food mixer together with the 4 tablespoons of oil, the bread crumbs and the 2 tablespoons of vinegar until you obtain a creamy sauce (modifying with a little more olive oil and vinegar if necessary) Add salt and white pepper to taste, leave to repose in the fridge. Extend the cleaned cuttlefish over a chopping board and give them some superficial cuts so they do not shrink when you make them. Add salt and chopped parsley to the cuttlefish and put on the grill or non stick frying pan and cook for 10 minutes each side (depending on the size of the cuttlefish) at a medium heat. Serve recently cooked with a tablespoon of the garlic sauce and any green vegetable to garnish.
