Grilled Cuttlefish
Ingredients
• 4
small cuttlefish
• Garlic
and parsley
• Vinegar
• Olive
oil
• Salt
Grill the cuttlefish with salt and olive oil.
Once brown take off the heat. Make a french dressing with the
garlic and the parsley well chopped, olive oil, vinegar and slat.
Also you can eat it with lemon, garlic and parsley or with mayonnaise.
