Ingredients
(serves 5 )
1kg
of potatos
1 cuttlefish
3 bags of cuttlefish ink
1 onion
2 leeks
3 carrots
white wine
fish stock
Cut
the vegetables and cook to soften. Clean the cuttlefish, cut into
large pieces and add to the vegetables. When the vegetables are
cooked remove the cuttlefish. Add the cuttlefish ink dissolved
in a glass of white wine. Mix with a food mixer. Peel the potatos
and cut in fingers. Put them to cook with the sauce we have prepared
and the pieces of cuttlefish and cover with the fish stock. When
it is all cooked add a pinch of salt and serve.
