rice
Ingredients
(serves 4)

1 piece of chooped garlic
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 bag of ink
• 1 small tomato
• 400 gr of cuttlefish
• 300 gr of rice
• 6 spoonfulls of olive oil
• 0.6 lt water
• 1 teaspoonful of sweet paprika
Fry
the cut bits of cuttlefish lightly, adding the garlic and onion.
Add the rice, the tomato, the bay leaf, the paprika and the ink
and stir. Add the water, salt (optional) if required to improve
taste and cook for 10 minutes with a high temperature and 10 minutes
with a lower temperature stirring occasionally. Serve.
