Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink

Ingredients (serves 2-3)
• Bags of cuttlefish Ink
• 600 gr of cuttlefish
• 300 gr of spaghetti
• 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 glass of white wine
• 1 small chopped onion
• Salt and pepper
Cut the cleaned cuttlefish into cubes.
Fry the onion until soft. Add cubes to absorb flavour. Baste with
white wine and cook adding salt and pepper. Add the bags of cuttlefish
ink, cook with moderate temperature. Keep stirring without bringing
to the boil. Cook spaghetti in salted water. Once pasta is cooked,
mix with sauce and serve.
