Grilled squid

Ingredients (4 people)

6 medium sized squid
Olive oil
Parsley
1 onion
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 clove of spice
1 garlic tooth
1 glass of wine
1 twig of parsley
Laurel, thyme, salt and pepper

Clean the squid, separate the tentacles and wings and leave them to marinate in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Grease the grill with a little olive oil, heat with an open flame and place the squid on the grill. Cook basting often with the juice of the marinated mixture. Cook for five minutes for each side (depending on the size). Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Peel and cut the onion and put it in a food mixer with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until the ingredients are well crushed and the sauce has a light consistency. Serve the squid very hot sprinkled with it’s juice take out the sauce separately.
