Squid
Ingredients (4 people)
Squid 750 gm
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Flour 2 tablespoons
1small onion
1 piece of garlic
1 hot pepper chopped
250 gm of fried tomato
1 cup of white wine (coffee cup)
Lemon juice 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of fresh basil
Laurel
Salt
Ground pepper
Parsley
Clean the squid and cut in pieces.
Peel and chop the onion finely chop the garlic and fry lightly
in a frying pan with three tablespoons of olive oil. Add the squid
and the laurel and then the flour cook a little till golden and
add the rest of the ingredients making sure there is sufficient
liquid during the cooking. Cook on a low to moderate heat. Take
out the laurel leaf and serve sprinkling the chopped parsley over
the dish and serving with rice according to taste.
