Calamar a
la Romana
Ingredients (4 people)
Squid 1 kg
2 eggs
12 tablespoons of flour
Olive oil
Salt
Clean the squid well. Cut in the form of
rings of a thickness of approximately 1cm.
Season and dip into the batter of eggs and flour and then fry
in the hot oil. When cooked take out and place on absorbent paper
and serve with mayonnaise over a base of lettuce.
